Adolphe Rothschild Foundation Hospital and iMER joining forces

Access to one of the best Medical Institutions in Europe for Cypriots and foreigners through iMER

A cooperation agreement has been assigned between Adolphe Rothschild Foundation Hospital of Paris with the Cypriot company iMER Medical Services.

iMER (International Medical Evaluation and Referral) is a worldwide health services provider, offering treatment to the most innovative and technologically advanced medical institutions in the world and is comprised of highly specialized scientists who are considered to be pioneers in their fields. Since 2008, IMER has been an approved representative of Hadassah University Hospital of Jerusalem, Israel in referring patients from Cyprus and Greece. 

Adolphe Rothschild Foundation was founded in 1905 and is now operating as a Research and Training Center, which specializes in all types of head and neck diseases, with specialization, among others, in corneal transplantation, expertise center for the screening and management of retinopathy in premature infants, for the testing, diagnosis and treatment of retinal degeneration, implantation of artificial retinal and pediatric ophthalmology, neurological cases (Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's), stroke recovery through mechanical thrombectomy, treatment of cerebral aneurysm, management of dystonia and abnormal movements of the ENT sphere.

Adolphe Rothschild Foundation is recognized as one of the best hospitals in France in the surgical treatment of infants and children with epilepsy and in the diagnosis and treatment of neuro-visual disorders. In fact, it is a reference center for rare diseases such as Wilson's disease, pediatric oncological cases, cerebral and spinal arteriovenous malformations, rare forms of epilepsy and rare forms of autoimmune diseases. 

Through the collaboration with iMER, Cypriot patients will be able to receive a remote diagnosis through teleconference (tele-expertise counseling), as well as the possibility of an on-site visit to a doctor, hospitalization if needed and the required treatment.
